Refund policy

 

General Policy

  • All sales are final on consumables and certain accessories for health and safety reasons.

  • No refunds are offered unless stated otherwise under specific warranty conditions.

  • Original receipt is required for any warranty, exchange, or refund consideration.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.


Devices (Mods, Kits, Batteries)

  • Devices are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

  • Eligible defects include, but are not limited to:

    • Device auto-firing

    • Failure to charge

    • Screen not functioning

  • Devices must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Devices must include:

    • Original packaging

    • All original accessories

    • Original receipt

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, water exposure, or user modifications will void the warranty.


Disposables

  • Disposables are covered by a 24-hour limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

  • Eligible defects include, but are not limited to:

    • Device not firing

    • Device not charging

    • Device not producing vapor

  • Disposables must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Must include:

    • Original packaging

    • Original receipt

  • Physical damage, user error, or improper use will void the warranty.

  • No refunds or exchanges after 24 hours.


Coils

  • Coils may be exchanged or refunded if unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.

  • Coils must:

    • Remain sealed in original packaging

    • Be accompanied by the original receipt

  • Opened or used coils are not eligible for return or exchange.


Tanks

  • Tanks are final sale once purchased.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on tanks once they have left the store.

  • Tanks fall under the same hygiene and safety standards as e-liquids and other consumables.


E-Liquids

  • No returns or exchanges on any e-liquids once they leave the store.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquid products cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of usage.


Online Order Pickup Policy

  • Pickup orders must be picked up within 72 hours (3 days) after the order is placed.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • If the order is not picked up within 72 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • A valid government-issued ID matching the order name is required at pickup.

  • Customers must have their order number and ID ready when arriving at the store.

  • If you are unable to pick up your order within the timeframe, please contact the store to make special arrangements.


Important Notes

  • Products returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or without a receipt will be denied warranty service or exchange.

  • Lilac City Vapor reserves the right to refuse any warranty, exchange, or refund request if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

  • We do not cover physical damage, misuse, or user-caused malfunctions under any warranty.
