Lilac City Vapor LLC ("we", "us", "our") strictly enforces age verification requirements for all purchases of age-restricted products, both online and in-store.

Online Purchases

We use AgeChecker.Net to verify that all online customers are 21 years of age or older before allowing checkout.

  • Customers must verify their age during the checkout process.

  • Customers who fail verification will not be able to complete their order.

  • If additional verification is needed, customers may be required to upload a valid government-issued ID.

All age verification data is processed securely through AgeChecker.Net, and Lilac City Vapor LLC does not store ID images or sensitive personal data.

Fraudulent Activity

If a customer provides false information, uses a fake ID, or otherwise circumvents verification to complete a purchase:

  • The order will be canceled.

  • The incident may be reported to the proper authorities.

  • A restocking and administrative fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged to cover verification, payment processing, and administrative costs.

Example:
If an order total is $30, the restocking/administrative fee will be $6.00.

Lilac City Vapor LLC reserves the right to deny future orders from customers who attempt to circumvent the verification system.

In-Store Purchases

For in-person shopping at Lilac City Vapor locations:

  • All customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 years of age or older before any purchase.

  • No sales will be made without proper identification.

  • Falsification of ID or providing false information will result in refusal of service and possible reporting to authorities.
