At Lilac City Vapor, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Disposable vape devices are eligible for exchange only and must be reported within 24 hours of purchase if found to be defective.

To qualify for an exchange, you must provide:

• original sales receipt
• original box and packaging
• no signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

Devices returned without both the receipt and original packaging will not be accepted.

After 24 hours from the time of purchase, all disposable device sales are considered final and are no longer eligible for exchange.
